Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Robert K.M. Lau is Chief Financial Officer, responsible for treasury management, capital allocation, financial reporting, and portfolio analytics across global operations. He ensures liquidity and discipline to fund projects above USD 1 million worldwide, overseeing disbursement controls, fee management, registration revenue, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Patricia S.Y. Leung
Head of Underwriting & Risk Management
Ms. Patricia S.Y. Leung leads underwriting and risk management with eighteen years of credit analysis experience and eight years at Sha Tin Group. She directs loan evaluation, risk ratings, and approval workflows for global borrowers, assessing project feasibility, repayment capacity, and collateral before final approval.

Mr. Michael T. Osei directs Sha Tin Group's broker partnership programme, managing referral networks, commission structures, and onboarding across Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. He oversees the 2% commission framework and registration workflow, connecting partners with funding opportunities at the 2026 Investment Expo.

Ms. Anita W.C. Ng serves as Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong SAR regulations and international lending standards. She oversees loan agreement preparation, legal representation for remote and in-person closures, government registration, and USD 8,000 legal fee workflow for borrowers abroad.
Rebecca Tan
Head of Borrower Due Diligence
Rebecca Tan heads Borrower Due Diligence, specialising in documentation verification, KYC compliance, and identity authentication for all loan applications. She reviews passports, utility bills, company registrations, and financial statements via the borrower portal, coordinating with Admin Document Verification to meet rigorous standards before underwriting proceeds.
Mr. Kelvin Pau
Loan & Assessment Handover Director
Mr. Kelvin P. supervises site valuations and surveyor audits prior to capital handovers. He ensures compliance terms are met before initiating financial disbursements.
Michael Leung
Client Relations & HK Signing Coordinator
Michael Leung coordinates client relations and in-person loan closings at Sha Tin Group's Kowloon Bay headquarters. He manages travel, scheduling, and ceremony logistics for borrowers attending Hong Kong for final closure and signing, liaising between borrowers, legal counsel, and signing team from approval through disbursement.
